Second Gear, a store with over 10 years of experience as a buyer and retailer of mountaineering equipment, plans and manufactures PB (private brand) products using the extensive knowledge it has gained from its vast range of products, from the latest models to vintage items, which exceeds tens of thousands of items, and the connections it has built up with manufacturers and factories. We offer products of a quality that is comparable to top domestic and international brands at reasonable prices.

What is Second Gear?

We are a buying and selling store specializing in mountaineering and outdoor equipment, with a physical store located on the border of Mitaka City and Chofu City, Tokyo. Based on our extensive product knowledge, experience cultivated in the field, and data accumulated over many years, we are able to achieve overwhelmingly high prices by conducting careful appraisals and market research that take time and effort. A wide range of products, both used and unused, the latest items, vintage items, and UL garage brands, are arriving every day from all over Japan.
