The medium-sized blade is made of 12C27 stainless steel from Areima, Sweden. This stainless steel is strong and corrosion-resistant, and is finished with a slightly dropped Scandinavian edge, making it easy to use in a variety of situations. The handle is made of beautiful curly birch, each of which has a different grain pattern. Curly birch is known for its unique pattern, which is the result of the genetic diversity of birch.
