Gregory is a backpack brand founded in San Diego, California, in 1977. Founder Wayne Gregory has been dedicated to backpack design since he was 14 years old. He believed that a good backpack is something you wear, not something you carry. He has consistently pursued perfect fit and comfort. Gregory is considered one of the first brands in the world to offer multiple sizes for frames, harnesses, and hip belts, allowing users to choose the right fit for their physique and anatomy. The hip belt, in particular, is highly acclaimed for its secure fit and weight-bearing design. Currently, the brand offers a wide range of products, from large backpacks for mountain hikes, to trekking packs for tent and hut camping, to popular daypacks for everyday use. Representative models include the ZULU/Jade series of trekking packs with a highly breathable back, the flagship Baltoro/Deva series, which can accommodate heavy equipment, and the classic Daypack and Fine Day designs.
