These lightweight trekking boots are designed to fit the Japanese foot shape perfectly. They feature a wide 3E+ last, a TPU rib gauge design that securely wraps around the entire foot, and enhanced cushioning around the ankle. The upper is made of a combination of water-repellent nabuk leather (1.6-1.8mm thick) and water-repellent nylon, with rubber protection on the toe and heel, and a built-in GORE-TEX liner for superior waterproof and breathable performance. The Vibram MEGAGRIP outsole provides excellent mud shed, excellent grip and stability on uneven and rocky terrain—a pattern designed ideal for Japan's mountainous terrain. Resoles are available. They weigh approximately 600g (one 26.0cm shoe). Suitable for mountain climbing in spring, summer, and autumn.
