This product is based on the "Basic Cap," but the size remains the same, but the material for the head area has been changed to mesh so that it can be worn comfortably even in summer. The design of the main body is a basic six-piece design. The two parts, the brim and forehead, are made from the same material as the Basic Cap, with only the top quarter being made from mesh material. In contrast to the shallow body and short brim design of cycle caps, we aimed for a generously deep body and brim that is just the right length to not be too affected by the wind and still provide effective sun protection. [MATERIAL] The cap's brim and forehead area are made of Toray's Stunner, a 100% nylon material that is water-repellent, windproof, and breathable. It protects against wind and rain while preventing discomfort caused by sweating, and also has excellent durable water-repellent properties. Although it is a synthetic fiber, it has a natural look similar to a cotton blend, and the coating on the back gives it a nice firm texture. The head section is made of extremely strong 100% nylon mesh material, the same material used in stab-proof vests. It is not a soft mesh, but has a certain amount of tension. It combines both strength and breathability. COOLMAX fabric is used for the sweatband. Made of 100% polyester pique material, it is quick-drying and has UV protection (UPF 40+). If the product size is larger than your head size (head circumference) or if you are in a situation where the hat is easily affected by wind, you can adjust the size by pulling the plastic tab on the back and tightening the elastic. Since it is one size fits all, the look it gives will change depending on the size of the wearer's head. [Product handling precautions] Do not use detergents containing fluorescent brighteners or chlorine bleach. Avoid tumble drying. When ironing, always use a pressing cloth and iron from the back. The core of the bill is soft, so it will not break when bent. However, if you bend the bill too tightly, it will wrinkle and take time to return to its original shape.
