This is a collaboration series between Trail Bum, supervised by Hikers Depot, which has released a wide range of gear specialized for UL hiking, and NANGA, a sleeping bag manufacturer that started in the birthplace of Omi cotton futons. This ultra-lightweight down vest weighs just 300g and is made with 770 fill power Spanish white duck down. Down's biggest weakness, getting wet, has been overcome by applying a super water-repellent finish to the feathers. It is lighter and more compressible than synthetic fiber fillings, and its 770 fill power resilience means it expands quickly. The outer material is finely woven ripstop nylon, a supple and durable fabric that is soft to the touch. The design is simple and the cuffs and hem are piped with elastic. This is a two-part detail that improves the fit and keeps you warm. The size is quite normal and can be worn regardless of trends.
