This is a hooded model of the Denali Jacket, a heritage model of THE NORTH FACE developed for expeditions in 1989. The recycled micro fleece material made from PET bottles is light, thick, and soft to wear. It effectively traps dead air to keep the inside of the garment at an appropriate temperature, and the drawstring at the hem can be tightened to further increase airtightness. Assuming use as an outerwear, Primaloft is sealed in the hood and shoulders to prevent the loss of body heat from the head and neck. The shoulders that come into contact with the pack are reinforced with recyclable nylon fabric. It is designed to suppress the generation of static electricity.
