The design is a basic six-piece design. In contrast to the shallow body and short brim design of cycle caps, we aimed for a deep, spacious body and a brim that is just the right length to provide sun protection without being too affected by the wind. Above all, I wanted a cap that would fit comfortably on my slightly larger head, so I created it. Therefore, the head size (head circumference) is slightly looser than that of a regular cap. If the product is larger than your head circumference or if you are in a situation where it is easily affected by wind, you can adjust the size by pulling the plastic tab on the back and tightening the elastic. The main body is made of Toray's special nylon "STUNNER". This material is water-repellent, windproof, and breathable, and has excellent durable water-repellent properties that protect against rain and wind while preventing discomfort caused by sweating. Although it is a synthetic fiber, it has a natural look similar to a cotton blend, and the coating on the back gives it a nice firm texture. The sweat-absorbing part is made of Invista's Coolmax. We use a pique-style fabric that is highly absorbent and quick-drying.
