These long-selling amphibious sandals are an updated version of KEEN's founding model, the "NEWPORT," specifically designed for use near water (H2O). The "H2" in the model name comes from the chemical symbol for water (H2O). Made with quick-drying polyester webbing and lining, these sandals are suitable for a wide range of uses, from playing at the beach or in the river to everyday use in urban areas. ​ Its greatest feature is its sturdy "Toe Protection," which reliably protects your toes when you're active on uneven or rocky ground. The combination of a three-dimensionally molded EVA footbed that conforms to the shape of your foot and a lightweight, cushioned midsole provides sneaker-like stability and comfort. The outsole also features laser siping, which provides excellent grip on wet surfaces, allowing you to move around safely even in slippery conditions.
