The Elixir, a cost-effective tent that's easy to use even for beginners, has been updated. The Elixir is the most livable model in MSR's backpacking tent series. By crossing two poles in two places and adding an additional short pole to the ceiling, it creates a box-like space for comfortable living. It also features thicker fabric than other models, making it highly durable. The redesigned trapezoidal vestibule is 35% larger than before, making it even easier to use. The inner tent also features a gear loft in the ceiling. Using the included footprint, it can be set up using just the flysheet and poles.
