This product is based on the "Basic Cap", but the size remains the same, but the material around the head has been changed to mesh so that it can be worn comfortably in the summer. The design of the main body is a basic six-piece design. The two parts, the brim and the forehead, are made from the same material as the Basic Cap, with only the top quarter changed to a mesh material. In contrast to cycle caps, which have a shallow body and short brim, we aimed for a cap with a deep, spacious body and brim that is just the right length to not be too affected by the wind and still provide effective sun protection. [MATERIAL] The cap's brim and forehead area are made from Toray's Stunner, a 100% nylon material that is water-repellent, windproof, and breathable. It protects against wind and rain while also preventing discomfort caused by sweating, and also has excellent durable water-repellent properties. Although it is a synthetic fiber, it has a natural look similar to a cotton blend, and the coating on the back gives it a nice firm texture. The head part is made of 100% nylon mesh material, which is very strong and is also used in stab-proof vests. It is not a soft mesh, but has a certain amount of tension. It has both strength and breathability. COOLMAX fabric is used for the sweatband. The pique-patterned 100% polyester material is moisture-wicking, quick-drying, and UV-resistant (UPF 40+). If the product size is larger than your head size (head circumference) or if you are in a situation where the hat is easily affected by wind, you can adjust the size by pulling the plastic tab on the back and tightening the elastic. Since it is a one-size-fits-all product, the way it looks changes depending on the size of the wearer's head. The core of the bill is soft, so the core itself will not break when folded. However, if the bill is folded too finely, it will wrinkle and take time to return to its original shape.
