Nanga

Nanga is a Japanese outdoor brand specializing in down, born in Maibara City, Shiga Prefecture. Rooted in the futon-making techniques cultivated in the Omi Mawata futon production area, the brand began full-scale production of down sleeping bags in the 1990s. The brand name, derived from the towering Himalayan peak Nanga Parbat, embodies the brand's desire to support climbers tackling challenging environments with high-quality down. By carefully selecting safe, high-quality down and carrying out all processes from feather washing to filling and sewing in its own domestic factory, the brand strives to create products that are both warm and lightweight.
