By supporting the front of the thighs, it smooths the up-and-down movement of the thighs, supporting forward leg movements like running. It reduces muscle fatigue during exercise. It supports and lifts the thigh muscles, reducing strain. It makes kicking movements light and powerful. Based on the principle of soft taping, it firmly guards the knee joint.
