DF Mesh Merino is a base layer series made with Yamatomichi's original fabric that highly resolves the drawbacks of conventional 100% merino wool, such as "slow drying," "stickiness when wet," and "heat retention."
While maintaining the comfortable feel, deodorizing properties, and moisture-regulating properties unique to wool, the two-layer (DF = Double Face) mesh structure absorbs sweat, dries it quickly, prevents heat buildup, and provides warmth when layered with a shell. Even when sweating, the point contact minimizes discomfort, making it actively usable for high-load activities such as trail running and fast packing.
To utilize the highly elastic and easy-to-move fabric, it has a slim fit to keep sweat away from the skin.
